Welcome Carriage TAT! With all of our busy lives and "fun" commitments, Caroline and I talked and thought a blog dedicated specifically to your issues would be a great experiment. I may drop in every now and then to comment (or guest post if Caroline allows me to...and I can think of something important).
Because you now have a Gmail account, I would encourage you to check out Google Reader, Google Reader allows you to have an automatic feed of updates for many websites, including this one. We can cover that at a later time.
Feel free to shoot me any questions that you have. Google has been doing some big things for education, so it will be interesting to see how we can utilize all of this to our advantage.
