Please reply on ALL topics that you think would be useful or beneficial to our staff. We're thinking about conducting mini "breakout sessions" to train staff on within the next several months at staff meetings or inservice days. For example, we talked about hooking up the Infocus projector and/or the AverMedia to the tv. Any other ideas? What are your thoughts on the TIME needed for the suggested topics?
Thanks for your input!!

How to scan a document at the Ricoh machine.
How to hook your laptop up to your TV.
Caroline I have a hilarious DVD on how to scan at the Ricoh machine. It works well the Pam's handout that is on the IT Portal. I'll bring it out sometime for you to watch.
Once I learn scanning on the Ricoh, I'd be happy to teach it. I'm sure it would only take 15 minutes. I think hooking your laptop to the tv would take about the same. I like short trainings!
I also need to know how to convert a word doc or ppt to pdf.
One teacher I spoke with would like some ideas on tech projects first graders can do--beyond taking pictures and making powerpoint presentations.
I'd really like webpage training, hopefully there are others too :) I think if Pat showed people how to use the math teacher book on CD that would be great as well.
